I Stayed at this resort from June 8-15 2015, My stay was awesome Adriana from U.V.C was really nice greeting us with a glass of a icy cold drink in a champagne glass without alcohol and a wet cold towel to cool down with all the heat out there. We were offered a free partial ocean view upgrade to join them on a short tour of other hotels around the area, Adriana was very nice and helpful, our concierge was Blas he was very nice and helpful as well; we had his number and could text him for anything we needed. He scheduled the habachi restaurant twice for us since we had missed our first reservation getting to lit at the pool party. We took my mom to celebrate her birthday blas was kind of enough to set up the room decoration and took a champagne bottle and a full 8 slice cake for us to sing happy birthday to her everything was set up like a surprise so when she went back to her room she would see it( no cost at all). He was the best so nice and helpful. This hotel has different entertainment every day and night its amazing. Everyone from the e-team was awesome they try to make everyone have a good time and feel special, and they know how to get the party started. Everyone who works there is very nice, attentive and welcoming. I loved our stay it was the best and the all the employees we encountered with were very awesome and nice during our stay. If your looking to have a good time and party stay here <3,
